Frame Rate Limit
Without a cap, the Frostbite engine swings aggressively between menus (300+ FPS) and matches (100-150 FPS), causing micro-stutter as it recalibrates. A fixed cap stabilizes frametime and reduces input lag built up in the render buffer.
VSync
V-Sync adds a frame queue that hurts controller/keyboard responsiveness on fast plays (dribbling, shots on goal). With G-Sync/FreeSync it adds nothing and only costs performance.
Crowd Quality
