This one does matter: from the Intel Core i9-14900K downwards the processor becomes the brake on the Arc B570. There is 8% between the slowest and fastest CPU in the table. Frame generation inserts intermediate frames: it raises the smoothness you see on screen, but it does not reduce input latency, so use it selectively in competitive games.
