Is the CPU or the graphics card holding you back?
These FPS assume a mid-range CPU that isn't a bottleneck — roughly a Intel Core i5-13400 — and 16 GB of RAM.
Here the graphics card is the brake: the RTX 2080 is what caps the frame rate in Aion 2. A faster processor would hardly change the result.
